| The National Association for Service Contract Quality (NASCQ) is a new organization established to promote knowledge of the requirements for service contract quality, to establish certification standards for personnel engaged in delivery or assessment of service contract quality, and to certify individuals engaged in delivery or assessment of service contract quality. There are three levels of Certification: Quality Specialist I (QSI), Quality Specialist II (QSII), and Quality Specialist III (QSIII). Additionally, there will be a senior level for Distinguished Quality Specialist (DQS), for personnel with more than 10 years applicable experience and completion of other association requirements. |
